Porcelain Veneers

Porcelain veneers are thin layers of porcelain material that is bonded to your tooth’s surface. Porcelain veneers are a great alternative to more involved dental procedures. They are applied over your natural teeth can easily improve your smile and your self-esteem.

Our veneers are wafer-thin, custom-made shells of tooth-colored materials designed to cover the front surface of teeth to improve your appearance. These shells are bonded to the front of the teeth changing their color, shape, size, or length.

Our dental veneers are made from porcelain materials. Porcelain veneers resist stains better and better mimic the light reflecting properties of natural teeth. Having a beautiful smile with the help of porcelain veneers can give you an extra dose of self-confidence and leave a lasting impression on those around you.

Common problems that Veneers will address:

  • Spaces between the teeth
  • Broken or chipped teeth
  • Permanently stained or discolored teeth
  • Crooked or misshapen teeth

Veneers are applied to the teeth in 2 visits

  • First Visit – Veneer Preparation:
The teeth are prepared by removing 0.3 to 0.5 mm of enamel (the thickness of a fingernail) to allow room for the veneer layer. An impression of the teeth is taken and sent to our specialized dental laboratory partner that will create the veneers.
  • Second Visit – Veneer Bonding:
Bonding involves all the steps that permanently attach the veneer to the tooth. After cleaning the tooth, the veneer is bonded to the tooth with a special dental cement. This dental cement is then hardened with a blue curing light.
